Barbara E. Murray, MD (Univ. of Texas Med. Sch. and Ctr. for the Study of Emerging and Re-emerging Pathogens, Houston, TX) will present "The Enterococcus:  A Tale of Survival and Success of a Second Rate Pathogen" on Friday, September 18, 2015.

 

ISC Hamao Umezawa Memorial Award Lecture
Alasdair Geddes (Intl. Society of Chemotherapy, Solihull, United Kingdom) will receive the International Society of Chemotherapy’s highest and most prestigious award, the Hamao Umezawa Memorial Award (HUMA) on Sunday, September 20 where he will also deliver his lecture ICAAC/ICC 1965–2015: 50 Years of Antibiotic Development.
